Job Opportunities - Government of Punjab, Home Department

Applications are invited for the following positions under the ADP Scheme titled "Strengthening of Provincial Intelligence Center (PIC)" in the Home Department, purely on a contract basis:

1. Software Developer

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or Telecom-related fields from an HEC-recognized local or reputed foreign institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in software development with a reputed IT organization. Proficiency in web application technologies like ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Java, Spring Boot, JBOSS, WSO2 ESB, WSO2 API GW, Redis, Python, ROR, MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB.
  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Pay Package: Rs. 230,000 per month (lump sum)

2. Database Administrator

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT from an HEC-recognized local or reputed foreign institution.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Age: 16-35 years
  • Pay Package: Rs. 170,000 per month (lump sum)

3. Mobile App Developer

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Pay Package: Rs. 150,000 per month (lump sum)

4. Graphic Designer

  • Number of Posts: 01
  • Qualification: Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
  • Age: 18-35 years
  • Pay Package: Rs. 125,000 per month (lump sum)

General Instructions:

  • All positions are offered on a contract basis, extendable based on performance.
  • Candidates must have a valid domicile in Punjab.
  • Appointments will be made under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004.
  • The Home Department reserves the right to halt the recruitment process without any reason.
  • No TA/DA will be provided for test/interview purposes.
