Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA) – Job Vacancies

The Punjab Agriculture Food and Drug Authority (PAFDA), under the Home Department, Government of the Punjab, is recruiting highly qualified professionals for its forensic examination and testing facilities. These positions are offered on a contract basis for an initial period of three (03) years.

1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

  • Salary: Rs. 1,000,000/- per month

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 40–50 years

  • Qualification:

    • Minimum 16 years of education in Finance / MBA (Finance) / CA / ACMA / ACCA / ICAEW / CFA or equivalent from a HEC-recognized or reputed foreign institution.

    • Professional certification in Financial Management or ERP is preferred.

  • Experience:

    • At least 12 years of post-qualification professional experience in public or private sectors.

    • Minimum 7 years in a leadership position, including managerial experience in planning, budgeting, and financial reporting.

2. General Manager (Works)

  • Salary: Rs. 725,000/- per month

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 35–55 years

  • Qualification:

    • B.Sc. Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (minimum 45% marks) from an HEC-recognized institution.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 10 years of experience dealing with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Planning (MEP) matters.

    • At least 5 years in a leadership role.

    • Preference is given to candidates with experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
