Project Vacancy Announcement

The National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC), Government of Pakistan, is the apex body responsible for policy-making, regulation, and coordination of the Technical and Vocational Education & Training (TVET) sector in Pakistan.

Applications are invited from qualified and suitable candidates for recruitment on a project basis under the following programs:

• Skill Development Program (SDP) 2023–2028

• Skill Verification Program (Takamol)

1. Available Positions

1. Software Architect (PPS-08)

• Vacancies: 01

• Maximum Age: 50 years

• Program: SDP 2023–28

• Posting: NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • Computer Science

  • Software Engineering

  • Information Technology

  • Or related field (HEC recognized)

Experience:

• At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in public/private sector organizations

• Strong expertise in:

  • Software development (especially .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC)

  • SQL Server

  • Front-end technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, HTML, CSS)

2. Data Analyst (PPS-08)

• Vacancies: 01

• Maximum Age: 50 years

• Program: SDP 2023–28

• Posting: NAVTTC Headquarters

Qualification:

• Master’s degree in:

  • Statistics

  • Data Science

  • Or related discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience

• Experience in:

  • Data analysis

  • Reporting and data management

  • Public/private sector organizations

3. Assistant Coordinator (PPS-07 Equivalent)

• Vacancies: 01

• Maximum Age: 50 years

Qualification:

• Minimum 16 years of education in:

  • Engineering

  • Social Sciences

  • Public Policy

  • Project Management

  • Accounting & Finance

Experience:

• Relevant experience in:

  • Education & training project management

  • Development sector projects

  • TVET sector (preferred)

4. Computer Operator (PPS-05)

• Vacancies: 01

• Maximum Age: 35 years

• Program: Skill Verification Program (Takamol)

• Posting: NAVTTC Headquarters

Qualification:

• Minimum 14 years of education in:

  • Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering / Social Sciences

Experience:

• At least 2 years of professional experience

• Skills required:

  • Good communication skills

  • Computer proficiency

  • Knowledge of relevant software tools
