Vacancy Announcement on Deputation Basis

NAVTTC invites applications from qualified, experienced, and self-motivated officers currently serving in Federal/Provincial Governments or Autonomous Bodies for the position of:

Post Title:

Director General (BPS-20)

Eligibility Criteria:

Required Rank:

  • Regular Government Officers working in BPS-19 or BPS-20

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in public sector organizations.

Eligible Organizations/Departments:

  1. Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (Federal/Provincial)

  2. National Curriculum Council

  3. Wings/sections related to:

    • Curriculum development

    • Standards and quality assurance

    • TVET (Technical and Vocational Education & Training) management

  4. Board of Technical Education / Trade Testing Board

  5. Higher Education Commission (HEC),
    National Accreditation Council,
    Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC)

  6. Public sector bodies dealing with:

    • Accreditation, Certification

    • Assessment, R&D

    • Project Management, Monitoring & Evaluation

  7. Professionals in:

    • Computer Science

    • IT/Software Engineering

    • Related fields, with qualifications and experience aligned with NAVTTC Service Regulations, 2018

Terms & Conditions:

  • The position is on deputation basis, filled through approved SOPs.

  • Only regular civil servants in equivalent grades are eligible.

  • Contract or project-based employees are not eligible.

  • Applicants must provide a Departmental NOC at the time of interview.
