HIRING ON DEPUTATION BASIS

The National Vocational & Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) invites applications from dynamic, motivated, and qualified officers (BS-19 equivalent) currently working in Federal/Provincial Governments or Autonomous Bodies. Appointments will be made on a deputation basis under standard terms and conditions.

Available Positions

1. Director Finance (BPS-19)

Location: NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad

Qualification:

  • Minimum 10 years of education in:

    • Business Administration

    • Finance

    • Accounting

    • Financial Management

    • Commerce

    • Statistics

    • Or equivalent qualification from HEC/Foreign recognized University/Institute

  • Preference will be given to candidates holding professional certifications such as:

    • CA

    • ACCA

    • CFA

    • CIA

    • CISA

    • CMA

    • FRM

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of overall experience in Government Service

  • At least 10 years of experience in handling matters related to:

    • Audit

    • Budget

    • Finance

    • Accounts

    • Project Monitoring

  • Relaxation in experience may be granted for candidates with higher qualifications.

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 50 years

2. Director Audit (BPS-19)

Location: NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad

Terms & Conditions

  1. Positions will be filled on deputation basis through approved SOPs.

  2. Only regular public/civil servants working in Federal/Provincial Government Organizations or Autonomous Bodies in the same scale are eligible.

  3. Applications must be submitted online through the NAVTTC job portal:

  4. Contract or project-based employees are not eligible to apply.

  5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  6. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

  7. Applicants must produce a Departmental NOC at the time of interview.

  8. Candidates will be disqualified if they fail to meet the required criteria at the time of interview.

  9. Submission of fake or forged documents, or attempts to influence the selection process, will result in disqualification.

  10. Selected candidates will be posted at NAVTTC Headquarters, Islamabad.

  11. NAVTTC reserves the right to:

    • Accept or reject any application

    • Cancel the hiring process at any stage without assigning any reason

    • Increase or decrease the number of posts as necessary
