Qualification and Experience

For Teachers (Senior/College Section)

Required:

M.Sc/MS/MA in the relevant subject (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Urdu)

Additional Requirement: M.Ed or B.Ed degree

Preference: Candidates with additional qualifications and experience will be preferred.

For Teachers (Primary/College Section)

Required:

M.Sc/MS/MA/BA/BSc/BS in the relevant subject (English, Urdu, Mathematics, Computer Science)

Additional Requirement: M.Ed or B.Ed degree

Preference: Candidates with additional qualifications and experience will be preferred.

For Caretaker

Required:

FA/FSC or equivalent

JCO/SNCO Retired

Ineligibility Criteria

Candidates who have been removed or dismissed prematurely from any post in Government or Non-Government institutions.

Those who have been removed from any Fazaia Institution due to disciplinary issues or allegations.

Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.

Note: Applicants are required to submit an NOC from their previous institution in such cases.

Pay & Perks

Salary: Competitive pay package offered to selected candidates.

Post-Probation Benefits:

After successfully completing the probation period, candidates may opt to join either the Provident Fund or the Gratuity Scheme.

Employment Terms

Type: Contract-based employment, renewable annually based on performance.

Duration: May continue indefinitely depending on performance and institutional needs.

Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

TA/DA: No travel or daily allowances will be provided for the interview.

Disciplinary Action: Concealment of any fact or information may lead to strict disciplinary action, even after selection.
