Career Opportunity – Principal (Rawalpindi/Islamabad Region)

Fazaia Schools and Colleges, a prestigious educational network under the Pakistan Air Force, invites applications from dynamic, experienced, and well-qualified individuals for the position of Principal at one of its reputed institutions located in the Rawalpindi/Islamabad area.

?? Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male/Female

Age Limit: Not more than 57 years

Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit.

Skills Required: Strong communication, leadership, administrative, and management skills are essential.

?? Educational Qualification

Minimum Requirement: MA/MSc or equivalent in any subject from a recognized institution.

Experience: At least 15 years of combined teaching and administrative experience at the Intermediate or Degree College level.

Preference: Will be given to candidates with experience in the Cambridge Educational System.

?? Ineligibility Conditions

Applications will not be considered from candidates who:

Have been terminated or dismissed prematurely from any government or non-government institution.

Were terminated from any Fazaia institution due to disciplinary issues or allegations.

Have a history of moral misconduct, financial misappropriation, or criminal offences.

Are unable to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their previous institution.

?? Employment Terms

This is a contract-based position.

Initial appointment will be for two (02) years, renewable annually based on satisfactory performance.

Reputation verification of the final candidate will be carried out from their previous workplace.
