Career Opportunity for the Post of Principal

Location: Fazaia College, PAF Base - Nur Khan

Fazaia Schools and Colleges are inviting applications for the Principal position at a highly reputed Fazaia College located at PAF Base - Nur Khan. We are looking for energetic, competent, and well-qualified individuals who seek a bright career in an inspiring work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male/Female

Age Limit:

For Retired Education Officers from Armed Forces: Not more than 60 years of age

For Civilian Candidates: Not more than 60 years of age

Health: Candidates must be medically fit.

Skills: Candidates should possess strong communication, administrative, and management skills.

Qualification Requirements

For Retired Education Officers (Armed Forces)

Educational Qualification:

MA/MSc in any subject

Experience:

Minimum 15 years of commissioned service in the Armed Forces.

For Civilian Candidates

Educational Qualification:

MA/MSc or MEd in any subject.

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of teaching experience.

Minimum 5-10 years of supervisory or administrative experience.

Minimum 15 years aggregate experience at the Intermediate or Degree College level.

Ineligibility Criteria

Candidates will be disqualified if they meet any of the following conditions:

Terminated/Dismissed prematurely from any post at any Government or Non-Governmental institution.

Terminated from any Fazaia institution due to allegations or disciplinary issues.

Candidates with a history of moral turpitude, financial embezzlement, or criminal offenses.

Note: Applicants must provide an NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their previous institution in such cases.

Pay and Perks

The selected candidate will receive an attractive pay package based on qualifications and experience.

Important Notes

Contract-Based Employment:

The position is contract-based, renewable annually based on performance.

Shortlisting:

Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

Travel Allowance:

TA/DA will not be admissible for the interview.
