Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) intends to hire individual consultancy services against the following positions under National Social Protection Programme (NSPP) funded by World Bank:

Sr. No. Position Required Qualification & Experience
1 Senior Software Engineer
(01 Position)		 Education: At least Master Degree Computer Science/IT/ BE (Computer Systems).
Experience: Five years of relevant experience. Should have experience in SQL, .NET and Angular, C#. JavaScript, jQuery, UML, CSS. Well versed in ASP.NET. AJAX Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, XML, SQL server.
2 Web Developer
(01 Position)		 Education: B.S (Computer Science) at least in Second Division from a recognized University.
Experience: Two years' experience as a Web Developer in a reputable institution. Should have experience in SQL, .NET, C#, JavaScript, jQuery,
UML, CSS. Well versed in ASP .NET, AJAX, Web Services, MVC, JavaScript, XML, SQL Server.
3 MIS Specialist
(01 Position)		 Education: At least a 4-year Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT or other relevant engineering discipline. A Master's degree will be preferred.
Experience: Overall experience of 4+ years will be preferred with at least one year relevant experience. Possess good knowledge of Ms office, Managing and Configuring Android Operating System and its applications, Databases, Software Documentation, Bug & Error Reporting and Software Maintenance.
4 Senior Software Developer
(01 Position)		 Education: At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences (4 years) or a related discipline.
Experience: At least 6 years of working experience as Software Developer or Systems Engineer in enterprise level projects in reputed organizations-preferably CMMI/ISO certified. Knowledge and experience using the MySQL, PostgreSQL, and ORACLE database are desirable.
5 Software Developer (01 Position) Education: As a minimum, 16 years of education and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences CS (4 years) or a related field.
Experience: At least 3+ years working experience as Software Developer or Systems Engineer on enterprise level projects in organizations preferably CMMI certified. Experience with implementing ArcGlS will be preferred.
6 NSER Implementation Specialist
(01 Position)		 Education: A University Degree in the field of Management Sciences,
Business Administration, Public Administration, or any relevant field. Experience: Required overall 10-15 years of experience with minimum 07 years of experience in the large international or national level organization with direct involvement in large-scale operations and management,
demonstrating evidence of achieving results.

  • A consultant shall be selected in accordance with the method contained in Part V of the World Bank's Guidelines for Selection and Employment of Consultants by the World Bank's Borrowers, January 2011 revised July 2014 which can be perused at the website: www.worldbank.org/procure.

  • Remuneration would be negotiable commensuration to qualification and experience of the candidate.
