About the Opportunity

Serena Hotels is a fast-growing luxury hotel chain in the region that requires the services of skilled and dynamic professionals who are passionate about exploring a challenging career in the following position:

Position: Senior Manager Financial Reporting & Taxation

Location: Corporate Office – Islamabad

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements

  • Oversee consolidation and reporting for the hotel portfolio, including management and board reporting

  • Manage tax compliance, including income tax, sales tax, and withholding tax returns, and coordinate with tax authorities and advisors

  • Support external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations

  • Review and strengthen internal controls and reporting processes

  • Guide and mentor the financial reporting and taxation team

Qualifications and Experience

  • Member of ICAP, ICMAP, or ACCA

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting and taxation, preferably in a multi-unit or hospitality organization

  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and Pakistan tax laws

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
