1. Chief Engineer – Quetta Serena Hotel

Position Overview

The Chief Engineer is responsible for managing the operation, maintenance, and quality assurance of all building systems within the hotel. This role ensures smooth functioning of engineering services through effective troubleshooting, repairs, and regular inspections.

The position requires strong leadership to oversee the engineering team, ensure compliance with technical standards, and maintain operational efficiency while optimizing costs. The ideal candidate should be a self-driven professional with extensive hands-on experience in engineering operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all engineering and maintenance operations
