### Detailed Job Roles & Core Responsibilities

Minimum Qualification for All Posts: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized national or international institute/university.

01. Senior Auditor / Audit Team Lead (AVP-I / AVP)

  • Core Mandate: Lead and execute high-level internal audit assignments at Head Office and field levels.

  • Responsibilities: Draft clear, structured audit reports; assess compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) instructions and banking laws; identify control gaps and operational risks; refine audit manuals and manage tasks assigned by leadership.

02. Internal Auditor Quality Assurance Analyst (OG-I / AVP-I / AVP)

  • Core Mandate: Act as an internal filter ensuring the consistency and structural adequacy of the audit pipeline.

  • Responsibilities: Prepare analytical reviews on audit output for the Chief Internal Auditor; check that observations are strongly backed by evidence; evaluate the accuracy of risk rating models and suggest process improvements.

03. Financial Data Analyst (AVP-I / AVP)

  • Core Mandate: Drive technology-enabled financial and business transaction audits.

  • Responsibilities: Deploy modern analytics tools (Advanced Excel, interactive dashboards) to identify transaction trends and exceptions; evaluate budget utilization, allocations, and expenditures; conduct root-cause risk mapping.

04. Audit Team Member (OG-I)

  • Core Mandate: Conduct structural audits of Head Office departments and branch networks.

  • Responsibilities: Verify operational adherence to bank policy and regulatory rules; ensure statutory compliance with local laws; document control weaknesses clearly during on-site reviews.

05. Senior Data Analyst / DBA (AVP-I / AVP)

  • Core Mandate: Technically review data center infrastructure while managing the Internal Audit System (IAS) database backend.

  • Responsibilities: Manage tables, views, triggers, and procedures of the audit system; optimize SQL queries; check user access privileges and segregate digital duties; assist team members with digital data extractions.

06. Investigator / Inquiry Officer (OG-I)

  • Core Mandate: Formally look into complaints, institutional references, and discrepancies.

  • Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end fact-finding assignments; gather, catalog, and preserve corporate evidence; write final, legally sound inquiry reports detailing root-cause analysis and recommendations.
