POSITION 1: Head – Corporate & Service Law Matter Department (VP-I/VP)

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Qualification

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate risk through legal recourse.

• Ensure preparation of all legal documentation and its execution as per the bank's requirements.

• Analyze decisions of superior courts (generally and pertaining to ZTBL specifically) and recommend policy changes to management.

• Ensure implementation of prudential regulations and other SBP/SECP guidelines pertaining to areas of function.
