Advertisement for School Teaching Interns (STIs)

Purpose: Recruitment of School Teaching Interns (STIs) in schools under the jurisdiction of the Punjab School Education Department for a limited period.

Pay Scale / Monthly Remuneration

Primary Level STI BA / BSc / MA / MSc / BS (Honors) in relevant subject 38,000
Elementary / Higher Level STI BA / BSc / MA / MSc / BS (Honors) in relevant subject 45,000
Higher Secondary Level STI BA / BSc / MA / MSc / BS (Honors) in relevant subject 45,000

Eligibility Criteria

  • Candidates must be domestic citizens.

  • Academic qualification depends on the school level:

    • Primary: Minimum BA/BSc or equivalent

    • Elementary / Higher: BA/BSc or MA/MSc in relevant subject

  • Candidates with professional qualifications or relevant teaching experience will be preferred.

Application Procedure

  1. Interested candidates can apply online for the required positions on the designated STI portal: https://stipesrp.edu.pk.

  2. Application submission deadline: 21 November 2025

  3. Notice Boards: On 26 November 2025, shortlisted candidates will be notified on the notice boards of their respective schools.

  4. District / Tehsil Level Screening: Conducted by DEOs from 27 November 2025 to 24 December 2025.

  5. Final Selection / Posting: Selected candidates’ names will be displayed on school notice boards and portals on 29 November 2025.

  6. Deployment: Appointment of five interns per school will be issued on 01 December 2025.

Additional Instructions

  • No TA/DA will be provided for interviews or screening.

  • Application Fee: PKR 1,000 per post must be submitted online. Payment slip is available on the portal.

  • Limited Period: This is a temporary position, and under no circumstances will it be converted to a permanent role.

  • Contract Renewal: School Teaching Interns may receive an extension based on performance during the contract period.
