Job Advertisement (Temporary Positions on Daily Wages/Work Charge Basis)

Applications are invited from suitable candidates (male and female) who hold Pakistani nationality and are residents of Punjab, for the following temporary positions to serve on daily wage/work charge basis at the University of Gujrat:

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Application Procedure:
    Interested candidates must appear for a walk-in interview along with:

    • Handwritten application

    • Attested copy of the latest passport-size photograph

    • Attested copies of academic certificates

    • Experience certificate (if any)

    • Domicile (Punjab only)

    • Original CNIC

    Interview Venue:
    Human Resource Office, Admin Block, First Floor, Room No. 104,
    Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat
    Date & Time: May 29, 2025 (Thursday) from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

  2. Candidates are instructed to bring their original documents at the time of the interview.

  3. These positions are strictly temporary, on a daily wage/work charge basis, initially for 89 days, extendable based on satisfactory performance.

    • Selected candidates will not be entitled to permanent appointment under any circumstances.

    • No legal action can be taken for extension or permanence of employment in any court of law.

  4. Candidates will be shortlisted as per University rules. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed through official appointment letters issued by the competent authority.

  5. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

  6. Age relaxation will be provided according to Punjab Government rules.

  7. The University reserves the right to amend or withdraw any of the advertised terms without issuing a separate notice.

    • Recruitment policy decisions cannot be challenged in any court.

  8. No TA/DA will be given to candidates appearing for the interview.
