Applications are invited from motivated and research-oriented candidates for the following research positions under the HEC-approved NRPU project titled:

"A Stitch in Time: Addressing the Gaps and Drivers in Eco-Innovation Adoption for Sustainable Business Growth of Pakistan's Manufacturing Sector"

The project is supervised by Dr. Sadia Shaukat, Principal Investigator, Malik Firoz Khan Noon Business School, University of Sargodha.

1Research Assistant (PhD Scholar)- Enrolled in a PhD program at University of Sargodha in Management Sciences, Economics, or Social Sciences
- Strong research skills in qualitative and quantitative methods
- Proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS
- Strong academic writing and referencing skills		1Rs. 40,000
2Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar)- Enrolled in MS/MPhil at University of Sargodha in Management, Economics, or Social Sciences
- Basic knowledge of research methods
- Good writing and data entry skills
- Proficient in MS Office		2Rs. 20,000
3Research Associate- Master’s degree or above in Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university (Pakistan or abroad)
- Strong report writing and data handling skills
- Prior research project experience preferred		2Rs. 40,000
