The Malik Firoz Khan Noon Business School (MFKNBS), University of Sargodha invites applications for research positions under the HEC-funded NRPU project titled:
“Industry 5.0 Use and Innovation for Sustainable Business Growth in the Manufacturing Sector of Pakistan”
- Principal Investigator: Prof. Dr. Arfan Shahzad
Available Positions
1. Research Assistant (PhD Scholar)
- Number of Positions: 1
- Duration: 03 Months
- Remuneration: Rs. 80,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be enrolled in a PhD program at University of Sargodha in:
- Management Sciences
- Economics
- Social Sciences
Required Skills
- Strong research skills in:
- Qualitative methods
- Quantitative methods
- Proficiency in:
- SPSS
- SmartPLS
- Strong:
- Academic writing
- Referencing skills
2. Research Associate
- Number of Positions: 1
- Duration: 06 Months
- Remuneration: Rs. 50,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree or higher in:
- Management
- Economics
- Social Sciences
- Or related disciplines
- Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university (Pakistan or abroad)
Preferred Skills
- Strong:
- Report writing
- Data handling skills
- Prior experience in research projects will be an advantage
