?? Key Dates & Contract Terms

  • Closing Date for Submissions: Wednesday, 10th June, 2026

  • Contract Duration: The initial contract appointment is for three (03) years, extendable on a yearly basis for a further two (02) years based on performance and university requirements.

  • No Right to Regularization: Contract employees cannot, under any circumstances, claim conversion of their contract into a regular appointment or claim a contract extension as a matter of right.

  • Post-Specific Rules: Appointments are strictly post-specific; employees cannot claim any right to transfer from one post to another.

  • Age Relaxation: Upper age limit relaxation is applicable as per Government policies and rules.

?? Application Instructions & Process

  1. Form Access: Download the prescribed application form from the University of Sargodha website at www.su.edu.pk or directly via uos.edu.pk/jobs/.

  2. Photos: Affix two (02) recent passport-size photographs onto each application form.

  3. Processing Fee: Deposit the non-refundable processing fee into HBL Account No. 00427991777803 (Account Title: "Collection", University of Sargodha) via original bank deposit slip or University Challan form:

    • BS-11 to BS-14 Posts: Rs. 1,000/-

    • Other BPS Positions: Rs. 500/-

    • Warning: Demand Drafts, Postal Orders, or any other modes of payment will not be accepted.

  4. Multiple Applications: Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate, complete application files with all necessary documents for each position.

  5. In-Service Candidates: Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Body employees must apply through the proper channel with NOCs submitted by the closing date.

?? General Information & Caveats

  • Submission Policy: Applications received after June 10th, 2026, will be rejected automatically, even if they were posted before the closing date. Incomplete applications will also be discarded.

  • Verification: If any information provided by a candidate is found false or incorrect at any stage, they will face instant disqualification and legal action under the Rules.

  • Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the Test / Interview phase.

  • University Rights: The University reserves the absolute right to increase, decrease, withhold, or cancel any advertised post or appointment without providing a reason.
