JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Applications are invited for the following positions on a contract basis under the HEC-funded NRPU (National Research Program for Universities) Project, titled:

"Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Industry 4.0: Development of a Digital Skills Training Curriculum and AI-Driven Impact Assessment Framework for Pakistan"

The project is based at NUML Main Campus, Islamabad. The details of the positions are as follows:

1. Research Assistant (RA)

Contract Duration: 18 Months

Description:

The Research Assistant will support the project’s research objectives through data analysis, report writing, and qualitative/quantitative research activities.

Details:

Qualification: PhD Scholar in Management Sciences

Specialization: HR / General Management / Finance / Marketing

Required Expertise:

Qualitative and quantitative data analysis

Command on Power BI, Smart PLS, and NVivo

Certification in Data Analytics and Project Management (Preferred)

Capability to conduct FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) and interviews

At least one publication in a reputed journal

2. Short-Term Project Personnel – I (STPP-I)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Description:

This position involves curriculum design and research for digital skills training relevant to Industry 4.0.

Details:

Qualification: PhD (Preferably in Management Sciences)

Expertise Required:

Curriculum development

Data collection, analysis, and project report writing

Proven research track record

3. Short-Term Project Personnel – II (STPP-II)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Description:

This role focuses on training development and managing digital learning platforms.

Details:

Qualification: PhD (Preferably in Management Sciences)

Expertise Required:

Digital skills training delivery

LMS (Learning Management System) platforms management

Report writing

4. Short-Term Project Personnel – III (STPP-III)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Description:

The selected candidate will manage AI-based dashboards and contribute to project evaluation.

Details:

Qualification: Minimum BS in a relevant field

Expertise Required:

AI-driven dashboard management

5. Short-Term Project Personnel – IV (STPP-IV)

Contract Duration: 3 Months

Description:

This position supports digital assessment, evaluation, and intellectual property (IP) documentation.

Details:

Qualification: MS / PhD

Expertise Required:

Digital assessments, monitoring, and evaluation

Report writing

Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) filing and registration

Documentation for ownership, licensing, and commercialization
