Job Opportunities at National University of Modern Languages (NUML)

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), located in Sector H-9, Islamabad, invites applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following position at its Main Campus Islamabad on a contract basis.

Director Human Resources (On Contract)

Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Educational Qualification:

    • 18 years of education in Management Sciences or Human Resource Management (HRM) from a recognized institution.

  • Professional Experience:

    • At least 17 years of administrative HR experience in:

      • A University, or

      • Other Government / Educational Institutions

    • Experience must be in BPS-17 or above positions.

  • Required Expertise:

    • Extensive experience in recruitment processes

    • Managing general HR operations

    • Strong knowledge of Federal Government laws and regulations, including:

      • Hiring procedures

      • Promotions

      • Terminations

      • Other service-related rules and policies

  • Additional Eligibility:

    • Retired Brigadier or equivalent rank from the Armed Forces, possessing relevant HR experience, may also apply.
