URAAN PAKISTAN

The National Disaster Risk Management Fund (NDRMF) is a government-owned, not-for-profit company, established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017. It provides grant financing for projects that enhance Pakistan’s resilience against climate and natural hazards and strengthens the government's disaster response capabilities.

NDRMF invites applications from vibrant and qualified individuals for the following Islamabad-based positions on a temporary (06 months) contract basis:

Available Position

1. Research Analyst - Monitoring & Evaluation
Number of Positions: 2
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Islamabad

Required Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in:

    • Economics

    • Statistics

    • Development Studies

    • Project Management

    • Public Policy

    • Social Sciences

    • Or a related field

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in:

    • Project management

    • Monitoring & evaluation

    • Data analytics

  • Preferable knowledge in:

    • Risk management

    • Disaster risk management

    • Climate change sectors

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI

    • Familiarity with Kobo Toolbox, SPSS, or STATA

Age Requirement:

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 35 years

  4. Education Verification:

    • All degrees must be verified by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

    • Foreign degrees must have equivalence certificates from HEC.

    • Selected candidates will be required to submit HEC-verified degrees before joining.

  5. Selection Process:

    • Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for tests/interviews.

    • Selection will be made after complete scrutiny.
