Sindh (Assigned Districts)
Full-Time
The Regional Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing field-level implementation, monitoring, and data validation across assigned districts of Sindh. The role ensures high-quality program execution, accurate and timely data reporting, and effective coordination with District Health Offices (DHOs), DDSRU Focal Persons, District TB Coordinators, and implementing partners.
This position plays a pivotal role in operationalizing the Collaborative, Learning, and Adaptive (CLA) approach by ensuring that field monitoring and validated data continuously inform learning processes, coordination mechanisms, and program improvements.
Oversee field implementation activities in assigned districts to ensure quality and compliance with program standards.
Conduct regular field monitoring, supervision, and data validation at district and health facility levels.
Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality data reporting to support program decision-making.
Coordinate closely with DHOs, DDSRU Focal Persons, District TB Coordinators, and implementing partners.
Support outbreak response mechanisms and strengthen disease surveillance systems.
Utilize validated data to inform adaptive management, learning, and program improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment with GHS frameworks, IDSR guidelines, and the 7-1-7 strategy.
MBBS, MPH, MSPH, MSc in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of progressively responsible experience in public health programs.
Prior experience in Global Health Security (GHS), Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR), and Tuberculosis (TB) programs is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in program implementation, field monitoring, supervision, and data quality assurance.
Strong familiarity with Sindh public health systems, DHIS-2, IDSR, TB reporting structures, and outbreak response mechanisms.
Proven understanding of TB program implementation, including diagnostics, case-based surveillance, and referral systems.
Experience working with international organizations and donor-funded projects is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of GHS frameworks, IDSR, and the 7-1-7 strategy.
Proven skills in data validation, analysis, and interpretation.
Proficiency in digital data collection tools, dashboards, and MS Office applications.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned districts.
