About Us

DYSF School is a newly established, not-for-profit, purpose-built educational institution located near Malir Cantt, Karachi. The school will offer academic programs from Kindergarten (KG) to Grade 12 and will be affiliated with the Aga Khan Examination Board.

Designed to accommodate 800+ students, DYSF School is committed to academic excellence, discipline, and holistic student development, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic academic leadership and oversee daily school operations

  • Ensure effective curriculum delivery and monitor student performance

  • Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff

  • Establish and maintain a safe, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment

  • Promote school values, vision, and continuous institutional growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Education or a related field

  • 7–10 years of teaching experience with proven leadership roles

  • Strong academic leadership, communication, and people-management skills

  • Demonstrated experience in managing large schools and diverse teams
