CAREER OPPORTUNITY – NATIONAL SALES MANAGER (DAY OLD CHICKS)

Sabirs’ Poultry (Pvt.) Ltd. is a leading fully integrated poultry organization engaged in broiler breeding, hatchery operations, broiler farming, feed production, and meat processing. The company is seeking dynamic, highly motivated, and result-oriented professionals for the position of National Sales Manager (Day Old Chicks – DOC).

1. Qualification Requirements

  • DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)

  • B.Sc. (Hons) in Animal Husbandry

  • M.Phil in Veterinary Sciences/Poultry Science

2. Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 8–10 years of nationwide experience in sales and marketing of Day Old Chicks (DOC)

  • Proven capability to manage and lead sales teams across the country

  • Strong market development and customer relationship skills

  • Highly motivated with strong leadership qualities

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies for DOC sales

  • Lead, manage, and motivate regional sales teams

  • Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market penetration

  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competition

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams

4. Age Limit

  • Maximum 50 years
