Executive Position Profile

Job Title: Regional Business Head – Peshawar

  • Grade Rank: Vice President (VP) / Senior Vice President-I (SVP-I) / Senior Vice President (SVP)

  • Total Vacancies: 01 Position

  • Location Focus: Peshawar / Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Region

  • Maximum Age Limit: Up to 50 years (as of the application closing date).

  • Compensation: Market-competitive remuneration package.

Candidate Prerequisites

1. Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized national or international institute/university.

2. Professional Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of total experience in the banking sector.

  • Out of the total experience, at least 5 years must be served as a Branch Manager or Area Manager.

  • Preference: Candidates with a proven track record of supervising branch networks within Peshawar or the broader Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province will be preferred.

3. Core Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, adaptability, and teamwork capabilities.

Core Responsibilities & Key Performance Areas (KPAs)

  • Network Supervision: Direct and manage a commercial cluster of 15 to 25 branches within the assigned region.

  • Business Development: Drive substantial growth across the bank's three-fold operational activities: sound agri-lending/credit disbursement, deposit mobilization, and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) recovery.

  • Policy Execution: Implement the bank's active credit and business policies while ensuring compliance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) guidelines, including strict AML, CFT, and KYC parameters.

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong professional ties with agriculture sector stakeholders, including local farmers, provincial Agriculture Extension staff, local Agriculture Research Institutes, land revenue staff, and agri-input/machinery suppliers.

  • Strategic Growth: Evaluate the financial and operational performance of branches, maintain cost-efficiency, and identify new avenues for strategic branch openings or relocations.
