CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP), established in 1962, stands as the premier postgraduate medical institution in Pakistan. Applications are invited from suitable candidates for the following positions based at the Karachi headquarters:

Job Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Receptionist (Male/Female)

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate from a recognized university.

  • Core Skills & Experience: Must possess hands-on experience and professional capability in managing a front desk, operating telephone switchboards, handling administrative tasks, ensuring timely delivery of official mail, and operating computer systems. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

2. Moazzem-cum-Khadim (Mosque Attendant)

  • Qualification: Must be a Hafiz-e-Quran with deep knowledge of Quran and Sunnah. Candidates holding Qari certification will be given preference.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

3. Hostel Warden (Female Only)

  • Qualification: Minimum Graduate from a recognized institution.

  • Core Competencies: Must have a proven track record in school/college hostel management, maintaining strict discipline among residents, and handling operational logistics. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing emergency situations calmly, maintaining accurate residency logs, and coordinating closely with management to resolve student issues.

4. Aya (Female Staff)

  • Attributes: Must be highly responsible, well-mannered, and understand the core principles of institutional cleanliness.

  • Expectations: Proven capability in executing daily housekeeping routines. Preference will be given to experienced candidates who exhibit excellent ethics and strict punctuality.

5. Room Boy

  • Attributes: Must be honest, hardworking, energetic, and possess basic literacy (ability to read and write).

  • Experience: Relevant background in guest room services, hospitality maintenance, and daily deep-cleaning routines.
