Advertisement for Teacher Recruitment

The Mahmil Allah Free & Secondary Education, under the administration of District Kurram, invites applications from eligible local candidates for teaching positions in female schools. These positions are being offered on a temporary contract basis for an initial period of five years, non-transferable. Interested candidates can apply through the ETEA website, where the application form will be available from February 14, 2025, to March 17, 2025.

Position Details:

Selection Criteria:

The total selection score is 200 points, divided as follows:

1. Academic Qualifications (100 Points):

  • Matriculation: 100 points (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ Total Marks × 100)
  • ADE, Al-Shahadat-ul-Alamiya, AT, TT, or Al-Quran Certification: (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ Total Marks × 200)
  • BA/BSc: (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ Total Marks × 20)
  • MA/MSc: (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ Total Marks × 150)
  • M.Ed/B.Ed: (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ Total Marks × 15)
  • BS (Four-year degree): 36 points (Breakdown: BA/BSc – 20, MA/MSc – 15, Total – 115)
  • Professional Education (M.Ed/B.Ed):
    • Two-year degree: 20 points (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ 20)
    • Four-year degree: 15 points (Formula: Obtained Marks ÷ 15)

General Terms & Conditions:

  1. Recruitment will be conducted in phases, and the process is at the sole discretion of ETEA.
  2. A separate merit list will be prepared for each district based on ETEA test scores and academic qualifications.
  3. A minimum 50% passing marks in the ETEA test is required.
  4. CGPA-to-percentage conversion is mandatory for CGPA-based results.
  5. Disabled candidates must provide a medical fitness certificate proving their ability to perform the job.
  6. No TA/DA will be provided for the test/interview.
  7. Candidates must hold a domicile of the relevant district; transfers to other districts will not be allowed.
  8. Applications and documents submitted after March 17, 2025, will not be considered.
  9. Candidates must verify their educational certificates before submission.
