Project Support Coordinator

Position Title:

Project Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support Business Development and Joint Venture initiatives, including:

  • Assisting in planning and coordination of JV projects

  • Preparing presentations, reports, and business proposals

  • Conducting financial and market analysis

  • Supporting negotiations and stakeholder coordination

  • Assisting in marketing and project documentation

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in:

    • Business Administration

    • Engineering

    • Finance

    • Or a related field

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in:

    • Business Development

    • Joint Ventures

    • Real Estate sector

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Analytical and negotiation abilities

  • Marketing knowledge and business insight

  • Proficiency in:

    • MS PowerPoint

    • MS Excel

    • Reporting tools
