Organization Overview:

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is dedicated to advancing technology and skills within Pakistan's strategic industrial clusters. TUSDEC's current project, "Support Centre for Dental and Surgical Implants (SCDS)" in Sialkot, aims to resolve challenges in Pakistan's surgical sector, focusing on high-precision design and manufacturing, export promotion, and localization.

Job Openings:

  1. Position: Project Director

    • Grade: PPS-10
    • Qualifications: BS/BTech/DAE in relevant field; minimum 10 years of relevant experience or 15 years with BS/BTech/DAE
    • Responsibilities: Oversee initial project stages and manage implementation processes.
    • Age Limit: 32-45 years
    • Total Positions: 1

  2. Position: Manager

    • Grade: PPS-8
    • Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or BS/BTech/DAE with a minimum of 7 years of experience or 12 years with BS/BTech/DAE
    • Responsibilities: Manage technical aspects and oversee initial project execution.
    • Age Limit: 29-40 years

  3. Position: Assistant Manager
