CAREER OPPORTUNITIES – TUSDEC (IDAC Project)

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is working to enhance technological capabilities and skill development in key industrial sectors.

TUSDEC has launched a major initiative:

Industrial Designing & Automation Centres (IDAC)

These centres are being established in:

  • Lahore
  • Karachi
  • Sialkot

Project Objectives

IDAC aims to support Pakistan’s industry through:

  • 3D Scanning & 3D Prototyping
  • Industrial design services
  • Advanced automation solutions
  • Training in:
    • Programming
    • Troubleshooting
    • Installation & maintenance of automation systems

Available Positions (Lahore & Sialkot)

1. Manager (PPS-5)

  • Positions: 2
  • Age Limit: 29–40 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
    • Additional qualification in Business Administration/Management is a plus
    • Minimum 7 years experience in project operations

2. Deputy Manager (PPS-7)

  • Positions: 2
  • Age Limit: 27–36 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering
    • Minimum 5 years experience in project operations

3. Assistant Manager / Trainer (PPS-7)

  • Positions: 9
  • Age Limit: 25–32 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s in relevant engineering fields with 3 years experience, OR
    • DAE with 7 years experience
  • Additional Requirement:
    • Hands-on experience in software such as:
      • Power Shape
      • Pro-E
      • SolidWorks

4. Admin & Accounts Officer (PPS-6)

  • Positions: 2
  • Age Limit: 25–32 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s (16 years education) in Finance, Accounts, or Commerce OR CA Inter
    • Minimum 3 years experience

5. 3D Printer Operator (Lahore Only) (PPS-5)

  • Positions: 3
  • Age Limit: 23–30 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • DAE in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics
    • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Preference:
    • Experience with 3D prototyping machines

6. Receptionist (PPS-3)

  • Positions: 2
  • Age Limit: 23–30 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Graduation with 1 year experience

7. Electrician (PPS-3)

  • Positions: 2
  • Age Limit: 21–35 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • DAE in Electrical
    • Minimum 3 years experience
    • Hands-on experience in handling office electrical systems

8. Office Boy (PPS-1)

  • Positions: 4
  • Age Limit: 19–30 years
  • Qualification & Experience:
    • Literate with 1 year experience
