TUSDEC Career Opportunities

The Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), established by the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, is dedicated to upgrading the technology and skills of key industrial sectors in Pakistan. To address the challenges faced by these sectors, TUSDEC is currently implementing two PSDP-funded projects:

  • Support Centre for Dental and Surgical Implants (SCDS)

  • Industrial Designing and Automation Centres (IDAC)

To further these initiatives, TUSDEC is seeking to hire dynamic and progressive professionals for the following project-based positions:

Job Openings:

1. Project Director (SCDS)

  • Project Pay Scale: PPS-10

  • Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in managing similar projects

    • OR BS/BTech/DAE with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience

  • Age Limit: 32-45 years

2. Project Director (IDAC)

  • Project Pay Scale: PPS-10

  • Required Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Industrial Engineering

    • A qualification in Business Administration/Project Management or related fields will be an added advantage

    • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects

  • Age Limit: 32-45 years
