TUSDEC Career Opportunities

Technology Upgradation and Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), operating under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, focuses on elevating technology and skill levels within Pakistan’s strategic industrial sectors. Currently, TUSDEC is initiating a project, Industrial Designing & Automation Centres (IDAC), to tackle automation and design challenges within Pakistan’s industrial landscape. IDAC centers will be established in Lahore, Karachi, and Sialkot, providing resources like 3D Scanning, 3D Prototyping, industrial automation solutions, and training in programming, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of automation equipment.

TUSDEC seeks highly motivated and qualified professionals to fill the following positions based in Lahore.

Available Positions

  1. Project Director

    • Position(s): 1
    • Pay Scale: PPS-10
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Industrial Engineering
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in similar projects
    • Job Responsibilities: Oversee project execution in the initial stages and manage the implementation process
    • Age Limit: 32-45 years

  2. Manager

    • Position(s): 1
    • Pay Scale: PPS-8
    • Qualification: Business Administration/Project Management (additional qualifications advantageous)
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
    • Job Responsibilities: Manage technical aspects of project execution and oversee implementation in the initial stages
    • Age Limit: 29-40 years

  3. Assistant Manager

    • Position(s): 1
    • Pay Scale: PPS-7
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s in Management Sciences
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
    • Job Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in project implementation
    • Age Limit: 25-32 years
