Position Overview

Job Title: Project Director – Revamping of IT Industry Landscape (PPS-10)

Core Responsibilities: The Project Director will own delivery across three key fronts:

 
Front Description
Skills Choose the training partners and shape the programs that prepare the next wave of tech talent.
Ecosystem Build the frameworks that help IT companies start, grow, and export.
Marketing Tell Pakistan's story to the world as a true "Tech Destination."

Nature of Role: This is not a support role. The successful candidate will have the authority to make real decisions and the accountability that comes with them. The impact will be long-lasting, contributing to the scaling of Pakistan's IT sector for the next ten years.

Eligibility Criteria

 
Criterion Requirement
Age Limit Maximum 55 Years
Qualification Minimum 16 years of education in IT, Computer Science, or Management Sciences discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in a Senior Managerial position. Must have 05 years of experience handling project activities in PSDP/ADP/Government projects. Experience in finance, HR/operations-related functions, capacity building programs, and strategic management is required.
