Applications are invited from eligible Pakistani nationals as per the eligibility criteria mentioned against the following positions of the Daanish Schools Authority Secretariat. All appointments against the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and Authority Secretariat positions shall be made on contract basis, subject to the terms and conditions prescribed/approved by the Competent Authority.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Recruitment shall be made purely on merit, as per eligibility of candidate's qualification, experience and skills.

  2. Only shortlisted eligible candidates shall be called for test and/or interview, as applicable.

  4. No hand-copy / hard-copy applications shall be accepted.

  5. Applications must be completed by pressing the SUBMIT button for the online application at etc.hec.gov.pk. The registration portal shall close at 4:30 PM on the registration closing date.

  6. Applications received by hand or through courier shall not be accepted.

  7. Candidates must check personal details — including name, CNIC number and cell number — before submitting the application.

  8. Candidates who have already registered or applied using the same portal, applying afresh or any other initial shall be considered.

  9. Application fee of Rs. 1,200/- shall be paid through the online Fill Invoice Payment Service using the generated challan. Payments through other means shall not be accepted.

  10. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

  11. Candidates must get their original documents verified during the interview process. Documents from the original issuing company must connect correctly with due diligence.

  12. SMS shall not be sent to mobile numbers converted/ported from one network to another.

  13. Additional queries/complaints handled online may not be entertained by the system due to logistical/security reasons.

  14. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment process or increase/decrease the number of posts at any stage.

  15. Candidates already in Government service must apply through proper channel and produce NOC at the time of interview.
