Job Opportunities

The Pakistan Education Endowment Fund (PEEF) invites applications for various positions under the PSDP project titled 'Prime Minister's Pakistan Fund for Education'. These positions are contract-based and will remain valid for the duration of the contract or the life of the project, whichever is earlier.

Applicants currently serving in the public sector must apply through proper channels. Shortlisted candidates will be required to present attested documents during the interview process.

Vacant Positions:

01 Project Director 1 Qualification: 16 years of education in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / Business Administration from HEC or internationally recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience in project planning and management, including 7 years in a managerial role.
Preference: 5 years of experience in scholarship operations, planning, and capacity building in similar educational institutions.		 40 years
02 Project Manager 2 Qualification: 16 years of education in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / MBA from HEC or internationally recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in project planning and management, including 7 years in a managerial role.
Preference: Experience in scholarship operations, planning, and capacity building in educational institutions.		 30 years
03 Accounts Manager 1 Qualification: 16 years of education in Business Administration (Finance/Accounts or Commerce) from HEC recognized university / PIPFA member / CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, and accounts.		 30 years
04 Project Assistant 1 Qualification: 16 years of education in Management Sciences / Social Sciences / MBA from HEC or internationally recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in project planning and management.
Preference: Experience in scholarship operations, planning, and capacity building in educational institutions.		 28 years

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Contract Duration: The positions are contract-based, valid for the duration of the contract or until the completion of the project, whichever is earlier.
  • Age Relaxation: As per government policy.
  • Preference: Candidates with experience in PSDP projects and scholarship operations will be given preference.
