1. Position: Project Coordinator

Qualification:

  • Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in civil works.

  • Proven track record of handling government-funded projects, especially within public sector organizations.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of civil works and government procurement SOPs.

  • Expertise in project management, planning, and execution.

  • Proficiency in monitoring construction progress.

  • Demonstrated team leadership and effective task management capabilities.

2. Position: Project Engineer

Qualification:

  • BS in Civil Engineering or BS in Structural Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience, including work on at least one Mega Project valued at PKR 1 Billion or more.

Skills Required:

  • In-depth knowledge of construction protocols, materials, and safety regulations.

  • Expertise in contract management, tendering processes, and adherence to building codes and legal standards.

  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Proficient understanding of construction workflows, equipment handling, and regulatory compliance.

  • Technical proficiency in Primavera P6/8, AutoCAD, Procore, and other project management software.
