Bahria University Health Sciences Campus, Karachi, invites applications from qualified, competent, and experienced professionals for the following position:

Position Title

Deputy Director – Quality Assurance (DDQA)

Qualification

  • Minimum 18 years of education in Medical or relevant allied fields

  • MBBS or BDS qualification is mandatory

Experience

  • Preferably 05 years of professional experience in Quality Management

  • Experience in higher education institutions will be an added advantage

  • Strong working knowledge of accreditation standards of:

    • Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PM&DC)

    • Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PN&MC)

    • Allied Health Professionals Council

Job Description

The Deputy Director – Quality Assurance will be responsible for managing and overseeing all quality assurance functions of the Health Sciences Campus, including but not limited to:

  • Program reviews and academic audits

  • Accreditation processes and regulatory compliance

  • Institutional rankings, awards, and quality initiatives

  • Implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures

  • Submission of statutory and regulatory reports

  • Faculty evaluation and performance reviews

  • Coordination of inspections and regulatory reviews

  • Preparation and management of the Quality Assurance calendar

  • Any other tasks assigned by the Director Quality Assurance or Director General, Campus
