REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (REOI)

Recruitment on Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) Method

A public sector organization invites applications from eligible, qualified, and suitably experienced professionals for the following positions.

1. Position Details and Requirements

Experience: 5 to 10 years' experience in social mobilization of farmers & formation of farmer organizations.
Skills: Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including farmers, governmental/non-governmental officials.
Preference: Candidates having experience in merged districts will be given preference.
02 Accounts Assistant 02 45 Years Education: Master level educational attainment in finance, MBA, ACCA, CA (preferred) or any other related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience at similar level, having managed donor-funded project(s), familiarity with Government financial regulations and IFAD financial management guidelines.

2. Terms of Service

  • Duration: The services will initially be for a period of one year. However, it will be extended on a yearly basis until the project completion, subject to satisfactory performance.

3. Conflict of Interest Policy

Interested candidates shall not have any actual, potential, or reasonably perceived conflict of interest. Candidates with such a conflict shall be disqualified unless otherwise explicitly approved by the Fund.

Candidates are considered to have a conflict of interest if they:

  • (a) Have a relationship that provides them with undue or undisclosed information about, or influence over, the selection process and the execution of the contract.

  • (b) Have a business or family relationship with a member of the client's board of directors or its personnel, the Fund or its personnel, or any other individual that was, has been, or might reasonably be directly or indirectly involved in any part of (i) the preparation of the REOI, (ii) the selection process for this procurement, or (iii) execution of the contract.

Candidates have an ongoing obligation to disclose any situation of actual, potential, or reasonably perceived conflict of interest during the preparation of the EOI, the selection process, or the contract execution. Failure to properly disclose any of said situations may lead to appropriate actions, including the disqualification of the Candidate, the termination of the contract, and any other action as appropriate under the donor's Policy on Preventing Fraud and Corruption in its Projects and Operations.

4. Eligibility and Selection Method

  • Eligibility: The public sector organization now invites eligible Individuals (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile holders only) to indicate their interest in providing the services.

  • Submission Requirement: Interested candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services in the form of a curriculum vitae (CV).

  • Selection Method: A candidate will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant Selection (ICS) method.

  • Interview: Interviews will be conducted as part of the selection process; only shortlisted candidates will be invited.

  • Shortlisting Criteria: The shortlisting criteria are provided in the Terms of Reference (TORs) for each position.

  • Right to Adjust Positions: The competent authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of positions in accordance with the project's requirements.
