1. Application on prescribed form duly filled in all respect along with bio-data and attested Academic/Experience record must reach to the Human Resource Department, Khyber Girls Medical College, PDA Building Block-IV, Phase-V Hayatabad, Peshawar, within two (02) weeks of the latest publication of this advertisement.
2. The employees will be allocated/ placed at the appropriate level as per the institutional pay scale (IPS) of MTI-HMC and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSc, PICO and FHH).
3. Application form can be downloaded from the college website www.kgmc.edu.pk.
4. The processing fee of Rs. 3000 (Not refundable) for S.No. 1,2 and Rs. 2000 for S.No. 3,4 should be deposited with the cashier (Account Section) in KGMC, Peshawar or it can be submitted online in the account of KGMC Mied "Salary Account of AGMC Employees" Account No.3066642337, Bank of Khyber (BOK) through deposit slip and attached original slip with the application form.
5. The services will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical & Teaching Institutions Reform (MTI) Act.
6. Applicants having incomplete documents will not be entertained.
7. Selected candidates will serve MTI HMC and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSc, PICO and FHH).
8. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview.
9. Candidates may be shortlisted either on the basis of their pre-interview marks or based on an Entry Test if the numbers of candidates are very high.
10. Applications must reach this office on or before the last date during office hours as outlined in Para 1. If the closing date fixed for the receipt of application form falls on an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the closing date. An application after the closing time and date shall stand rejected.
11. The Scrutiny Committee of MTI HMC and Affiliate Institutes (KGMC, IKD, B&PSc, PICO and FHH) shall be competent to reject applications which are incomplete. However, the applicant can appeal to the Competent Authority (Korm MTI HMC and affiliate institutes) for review. The decision of the Competent Authority shall be final.
12. Any candidate may be disqualified and/or excluded from interview if he/she: (a) Convicted by the court of law (b) Had previous history of dismissal from public service. (c) Knowingly furnishes any false information. (d) Suppresses any information which may lead to his/her discredits. (e) Tempers with the entries in his/her age and academic certificates. (f) Misbehaves during the interview.
13. Any attempt to approach or influence the selection committee will automatically disqualify the applicant, the decision of the selection committee will be final, subject to appeal by the Board of Governors.
14. After a final decision on correspondence regarding the process will be entertained.
15. Applicant working in the Private Institution should get prior approval/NOC from the HR Department of their respective institution. Govt servants should apply through proper channel and should obtain NOC from their respective institution.
16. In case of selection, the civil servant will have to resign from civil service.
17. Original documents shall be produced at the time of interview.
18. No TA/DA is admissible.
