1. About the Institution

4. Important Instructions for Applicants

Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting your application:

  1. Envelope Labeling: Clearly mention the name of the post and specialty on the top-right corner of the envelope.

  2. Required Documents: Applications must include the following:

    • Updated CV

    • Recent photograph

    • Attested copies of educational documents

    • Attested copies of experience certificates

    • Domicile certificate

    • Copy of CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card)

    • Two reference letters

  3. Government Employees: Applicants currently employed in government or public sector organizations must apply through the proper channel and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

  4. Incomplete Applications: Incomplete or improperly submitted applications will not be entertained.

  5. Pre-Screening Test: A pre-screening test may be conducted if the number of applications exceeds expectations.

  6. University Rights: KMU reserves the right to cancel any or all applications without assigning any reason.

  7. Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.

  8. Age Relaxation: Age relaxation is subject to the approval of the Scrutiny Committee / Selection Board.

  9. No TA/DA: No Travel Allowance or Dearness Allowance will be provided for the test or interview.

  10. Verification of Documents: All documents and experience claims will be verified. Submission of false or misleading information will result in disqualification or termination of employment.

  11. Policy Amendments: The University reserves the right to implement any future amendments to recruitment and service rules, as and when notified.
