  • Valid registration with Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC)

3. Domicile / PRC

  • Karachi

4. Photographs

  • Two recent passport-size photographs

5. Documents Required

  • Copy of C.N.I.C

  • All original documents along with one set of attested copies must be brought at the time of interview
