IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Only Sindh Domicile is eligible (Already working employees in JMC / JSMU are exempted).
  2. Application form is available on website (jsmu.edu.pk); hard copy of the application form should be sent along with two photographs, one set of attested photocopies of relevant documents in a sealed envelope, with three current referral letters and brief curriculum vitae.
  3. Please clearly mention the name of post on the right top of envelope.
  4. Every application form must be submitted along with an original Pay Order of Rs.1500/- (Non-refundable) in favour of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.
  5. Disabled & Minorities quota will be observed as per policy.
  6. Applicants who have already applied in March 2023 and December 2023 advertisement need not to submit the pay order, only application and documents are required.
  7. Incomplete application in any manner will be rejected.
  8. In case of large number of candidates for any post, a pre-interview Test (MCQs) will be held to short-list the Candidates.
  9. All information will be kept confidential.
  10. JSMU reserves the right to reject any or all the applications at any time.
  11. Only short-listed candidates will be entertained for interview.
  12. Applicants currently in Government service or public sector higher education institutions should apply through proper channel, (with N.O.C).
  13. NOC from current employer is mandatory.
  14. No TA/DA will be admissible.
  15. Age relaxation is subjected to approval of Scrutiny Committee / Selection Board.
  16. All documents and experience will be verified and any subsequent false or misleading documents will result in disqualification from the process.
  17. Application submitted in person will not be accepted.
  18. Application received on and before 31-03-2023. shall be considered. Application should be sent only through courier service on the postal address given below.
