APPLICATION PROCESS

• Eligibility criteria can be found at www.jsmu.edu.pk. Only applicants with Sindh domicile are eligible (employees already working in JPMC/NICH are exempted).

• Application forms are available on www.jsmu.edu.pk. A hard copy of the application form must be submitted along with:

  • Two passport-size photographs

  • One set of attested photocopies of relevant documents

  • Three current referral letters

  • Brief curriculum vitae (CV)

• Clearly mention the name of the post on the top right corner of the envelope.

• Every application must be accompanied by an original Pay Order of Rs. 1,500/- (Non-refundable) in favor of Jinnah Sindh Medical University, Karachi.

• Incomplete applications will be rejected.

• If there is a large number of applicants, a pre-interview test (MCQs) will be conducted for shortlisting.

• Confidentiality of all applications will be maintained.

• JSMU reserves the right to reject any or all applications at any stage.

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.

• Government employees or those working in public sector Higher Education Institutions must apply through proper channel with an NOC.

• No TA/DA will be provided.

• Age relaxation is subject to approval by the Scrutiny Committee/Selection Board.

• All documents and experience certificates will be verified. Any false or misleading information will result in disqualification.

• Applications submitted in person will not be accepted.
