Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan invites applications from eligible, qualified, and experienced candidates for faculty positions in various departments. The details and eligibility criteria are as follows:

General Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must possess degrees from HEC-recognized universities/institutions.

  • All required academic qualifications, experience, and research publications must meet HEC criteria for the relevant teaching positions.

  • Only degrees obtained from institutions recognized by HEC or relevant accreditation councils will be considered.

  • Foreign degrees must be accompanied by a HEC equivalence certificate.

  • Experience will be counted only after the required qualification.

  • Incomplete applications or those received after the deadline shall not be entertained.

Application Processing Fee

  • A non-refundable fee of Rs. 300 must be deposited.

  • Proof of fee payment must be attached to the application form.

Important Instructions

  • Application forms must be submitted online and also sent in hard copy through courier (if required by AWKUM’s application method).

  • Candidates must attach:

    • Attested copies of degrees

    • CNIC

    • Experience certificates

    • Research publications (where applicable)

  • The University reserves the right to:

    • Increase or decrease the number of positions

    • Reject any application

    • Cancel the recruitment process at any stage without providing a reason.
