Product Manager – MIS Development & Implementation (VP-I/VP)
No. of Position: 01		 Linux System Administrator (VP-I/VP)
No. of Position: 01		 Oracle Database Administrator (VP-I/VP)
No. of Position: 01		 IT Support Services Engineer End User Support-I OG-II (No. of Positions: 01)

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).

Technical experience:
• Proven Hands on Experience with one or more Core Banking Systems and Payment Systems for MIS development & Implementation.

Job Responsibilities:
• Seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards, ensuring timely, high-quality reporting and support for all Bank.
• Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, designing reports, participating in business analysis, and supporting reporting and business intelligence solutions.
• The role involves developing financial statutory reports, analyzing KPIs, conducting financial analysis, implementing digital products and managing CBS vendor communications.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, BI tools, ETL data warehousing, and API development is required.
• Strong technical documentation and training skills are also essential.
• Hands-on experience in ETL tools (Informatica Power Center or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)).
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
• Preference will be given to candidates having Red Hat/Oracle Linux Certification.

Technical experience:
• Designing & development of Multisite, scalable, highly available, secure, mission critical infrastructure over Linux environment (RHEL, Enterprise Linux, CentOS) and VMWare.
• Proficiency in VMWare & Linux operating systems, including installation, upgrading, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of VMWare & Linux server technologies, such as Apache, DNS, and other relevant services. Good understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies, such as KVM or VMWare in a Linux environment.

Job Responsibilities:
• Administer, configure, and maintain VMWare cluster & the Linux server infrastructure, including installation, patching, and updates.
• Implement and maintain security controls, patches, and updates for Linux systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement security and automation in Linux environment using Ansible for configuration management, patching, user access etc.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Experience:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International). Preference will be given to candidates having Professional level certification in Oracle Database and Certification in Database Security.

Technical experience:
• Database performance tuning, query optimization, and troubleshooting. Backup & Disaster Recovery Technologies using Conventional, RMAN, Active Data-guard and Golden-Gate etc. Installation, Upgrading, Patching management & Security of Oracle Database Single & RAC instances. Hands-on Linux Administration and Shell Scripting. MS SQL Server & MySQL will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
• Administration & performance analysis for both the host & Databases. Oracle (RAC/ Single Instance), Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Assist in data migration projects, database upgrades, and system integrations.
• Enforce strong database security controls including encryption, auditing, privileged access management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Lead risk assessments, database hardening and cyber-resilience planning.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and full PCI DSS compliance in line with standards defined by the PCI Security Standards Council.
• Regular patching and vulnerability remediation.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

Experience:
• Minimum 03 years of relevant professional experience.

Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).

Job Responsibilities:
• Management, Monitoring of ITSM Application for resolution of all IT issues as Level-I support and update of records/tickets.
• Configuration of all official Software on end users’ computers. Responsible for application configuration, installation of Windows / Linux and OS upgradation.
• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems & applications.
• Configuration of systems & network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Follow Procedures and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system including testing and evaluating new technology.
• Assess reported problems and convey solutions to users in field. Provide support on application configuration and other operational Status.
• Facilitate implementation and rollout of all IT initiatives in line with respective geographical area.
• Knowledge of Networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with switches, Firewall & Routers, Servers.
• Troubleshooting of System & Network, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Troubleshooting of Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Scanners & Mobile Devices. Also provide the technical support to end user on computer hardware & software applications and network connectivity and Business Applications.
• Any other task assigned by the management.

  • Maximum age limit for VP-I/VP 50-years and OG-II 35-Years as on closing date to apply.
