Project: ADP Scheme - "Establishment of Regional Training Institute in South Khyber Pakhtunkhwa"

The Project Director invites online applications from eligible candidates residing in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts for the following contractual positions under the ADP Scheme. These positions will remain active till the project's completion as per the Project Implementation Policy of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 2022.

Admin & Finance Officer 01 BS-17 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MBA (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
Instructor (Tech) (Female) 01 BS-17 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa MBBS (or equivalent), with necessary experience in the relevant field.
Instructor (Non-Tech) (Female) 01 BS-17 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Master’s degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
Sister Tutor (Female) 01 BS-17 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Grade Nurse with Diploma in Nursing, 2 years of experience.
Office Assistant (Female) 01 BS-16 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bachelor’s degree with 5 years relevant experience.
IT Assistant 01 BS-16 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Degree in IT/Computer Science with 2 years relevant experience.
Warden Mess Manager (Female) 01 BS-12 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Secondary School Certificate with 3 years relevant experience.
Store Keeper 01 BS-11 22-35 Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Intermediate/Equivalent with 5 years experience in IT.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. Screening: Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear for the ETEA screening test. Detailed scrutiny will occur post-test. Ineligible candidates will be disqualified.

  2. ETEA Profile Creation: Applicants must create a profile on the ETEA website and verify their CNIC with NADRA E-Sahulat before applying.

  3. Domicile: Only candidates with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa/Merged Districts domicile are eligible to apply.

  4. Contract: Appointment will be contract-based, with positions ending upon project completion.

  5. No TA/DA: No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for test/interviews.

  6. Documents: Original documents must be presented at the time of the interview.

  7. Equal Opportunity Employer: The competent authority reserves the right to cancel or reject any application without assigning reasons.

  2. Deposit Fee: After applying, print the generated deposit slip. Pay the test fee through Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any UBL Bank branch via UBL OMNI agent.

  3. Keep Deposit Slip: Retain the original deposit slip with the bank stamp.

  4. Submit Application: After applying online, do not send documents to ETEA. Only shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documents later.

  5. Online Application: Available on www.etea.edu.pk from 15th October 2025.

  6. Last Date: Submit your application by 31st October 2025.

  7. Roll No. Slip: Download the Roll No Slip from ETEA’s website for test details (Date, Time, Venue).

  8. Test Schedule: The test date and other details will be mentioned on the Roll No Slip.
