OFFICE OF THE CHIEF CONSERVATOR OF FORESTS

SITUATIONS VACANT

Applications are invited from eligible candidates holding domicile of Sindh Province for appointment in the Sindh Forest Department against the following vacant posts. Applications must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this advertisement, subject to the educational qualifications, experience, and criteria mentioned against each post.

Vacant Posts Details

1. Assistant Timber / Accountant (BPS–11)

  • Number of Posts: 02

  • Age Limit: 20 to 21 years

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor of Arts (BA) at least Second Division with Statistics as one of the subjects,
      OR

    • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) at least Second Division

2. Lady Demonstrator / Laboratory Attendant (BPS–10)

  • Number of Posts: 01

  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

  • Educational Qualification:

    • Graduation from a recognized university with at least Second Division,
      OR

    • Intermediate / Secondary School Certificate (Matric) from a recognized board with Second Division

3. Forest Guard (BPS–05)

  • Number of Posts: 27

  • Age Limit: 21 to 28 years

  • Educational Qualification & Physical Standards:

    • Matriculation from a recognized board

    • Height: 5 feet 6 inches

    • Chest: 32–34 inches

    • Eyesight: 6/18 with or without glasses

    • Ability to read and write Urdu

Note:
Selected candidates will be required to undergo and successfully complete the Forest Guard Training Course at the Forest School, Mansehra / Mardan.

General Conditions

  1. Eligible candidates who fulfill the above criteria must apply online through the Government of Sindh Job Portal:

  2. Candidates must have passed Matriculation and Graduation examinations conducted by IBA Testing Services (STS) with at least 50% marks, and must possess a valid STS Registration.

  3. Age relaxation shall be allowed as per Rule-7 of the Sindh Government (2024 Rules) and applicable policy guidelines.

  4. Initial appointment shall be made in accordance with the Government of Sindh rules and policies.

  5. Candidates already serving in government service must obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department before applying and must produce the original NOC at the time of interview before the Selection Committee.

  6. Appointments shall be made under the Government of Sindh policy notified on 26-04-2023, the Sindh Civil Servants Act, 1973, and the rules framed thereunder (as amended from time to time).

  7. Candidates must appear before the Departmental Selection Committee for interview along with original documents, according to the schedule uploaded on the Job Portal.

  8. No TA/DA shall be admissible for test or interview.
