Hiring of Individual Consultants

The Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is in the process of establishing a Climate Action Board to develop a unified institutional mechanism for planning, overseeing, and implementing climate-related initiatives across the province.

In this regard, applications are invited from qualified and experienced individuals to work as Individual Consultants on a contract basis for the following positions:

DETAILS OF POSITIONS

1. Legal Advisor

Duration of Assignment: 40 Days

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution

  • Master’s degree or additional relevant qualifications will be preferred

  • Preference will be given to graduates of Government institutions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 07 years of relevant professional experience in legal drafting, legislative frameworks, and policy formulation

  • Proven experience in drafting rules, regulations, or legal instruments for public sector institutions

  • Strong understanding of provincial and national legal frameworks

  • Ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders

2. Analyst

Duration of Assignment: 01 Year

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Water Resource Management, Project Management, Development Studies, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC/PEC-recognized institution

  • Master’s degree or additional relevant qualifications will be preferred

  • Preference will be given to graduates of Government institutions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 07 years of relevant experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, research, or development sector projects

  • Experience working with government or foreign-funded projects will be preferred

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, Power BI, or similar; knowledge of GIS applications will be an added advantage

  • Strong analytical, report-writing, and communication skills

  • Experience in field data collection, assessments, and coordination with diverse stakeholders

  • Knowledge of WASH, climate resilience, disaster risk reduction, or infrastructure-related projects will be an advantage

3. Consultant for Development of WASH Net Website

Duration of Assignment: 01 Year

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution

  • Master’s degree or additional relevant qualifications will be preferred

  • Preference will be given to graduates of Government institutions

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 07 years of experience in web development, UI/UX design, and website maintenance

  • Prior experience working with government or development sector digital platforms will be preferred

  • Expertise in developing secure, user-friendly, and responsive websites

  • Strong command of backend and frontend development tools, database management systems, and CMS platforms
