The Planning and Development Department of KPK province is mainly responsible to ensure developmental policies of government are being implemented and monitored. The services of planning development include: strategizing planning for provincial economy, formulating of annual development and plan appraisal and reviewing of projects monitoring and evaluation of development schemes, managing provincial statistics, foreign development assistance coordinating with donors, processing foreign trainings & visiting lead provincial representation in national development forums, analysis of socio-economic development, leading steering committees and PRBs of mega projects, providing secretariat support to PDWP/CDWP/ECNEC/NEC, etc and also coordinating and implementing of Reforms Agenda.
