Post Qualfiaction and Experience 
Photgrapher (BPS-13) Matriculation certificate from a recognized Board or equivalent recognized qualfication
First Hand experience and knowledge of photographic chemical and modern techiniques of laboratory processing developing, enlarging, retouching of laboratory processing developing, enlarging, retouching and fishing, etc
Knowledge and experience of colour photography, colour processing and printing is perferable.
Good Knowledge of English to caption photographs
Three years service as predd photographer in a newspaper or a news agency of standing a Government department of information and Public Relations setup of Automous Bodies
Driver (BPS-04) Candidate must be holding PSV driving license with 5 years experience of HTV/ Public Transport
